Not sure if your situation can wait? Here's a quick guide. Call right now if you have:

A burst or broken pipe
Sewage backing up into your home
Water flooding a room, basement, or crawl space
If you smell gas, leave immediately and call 911 or your gas utility from a safe location. Do not use switches, phones, or open flames inside.
No water at all coming into the house
An overflowing toilet that won't stop

Shut off the closest valve or the main water supply if necessary, then call/text us!

What to Do While You Wait

In most Kentuckiana homes, it's in the basement, crawl space, or near the water heater.

Move valuables away from standing water. Do not touch any appliances, devices or plugs.

If you've shut off the main supply, turn off the water heater as well. Running it dry can damage the unit.

Don't use chemical drain cleaners on a backed-up sewer line. They won't help and can make things worse.
